Ally has trained in dance and acrobatics since she was 6 years old at T.H.A.T.S Dance Co in NSW. She has studied all genres of dance including jazz, contemporary, ballet, tap, acrobatics and contortion.  Her love of dance has seen her be highly competitive at elite levels of competition winning many dance eisteddfods, championships and talent quests.  She became a national title holder in 2010 when she competed in Australia’s prestigious “Showcase” - an event held at Jupiter’s Casino. She not only won the title of Australia’s teen acrobatic champion, but she then went on to become the highest scoring soloist over all acrobatic age groups that year.

 

Ally has been performing professionally as an acrobat and contortionist since the age of 14. She is a regular in the Sydney clubs performing in the shows ‘Back to the Tivoli’ and ‘Do you want to join the Circus’.  She then went on to work for WBCheeky entertainment performing in many shows including; Burlesque Spectacular, The Gatsby, and The Whitney Houston Show.  She was a guest performer at the 35th Annual Mo Awards in 2011 performing alongside entertainers such as Jon English, Garry Who, & George Smilovici.

 

Ally has gained a lot of experience performing at many events such as The Exodus Foundation, Heart kids, Hunter Region Business Awards, Melbourne Cup Functions, football grand-finals, corporate Christmas parties, McHappy Day, shopping centre performances, as well as many private events.  In 2011 she was a support act for Justice Crew at the Entertainment Centre in Nowra NSW.

 

Ally began teaching at T.H.A.T.S Dance Company NSW in 2011, and then went on to also teach at Westside Performing Arts in 2015.  She became a cheerleader for the Penrith Panthers in 2015.  In 2016 she moved interstate to Narangba, and in order to continue her love of dance, acrobatics and contortion she opened her own dance studio  with her sister Melanie- That’s Dance & Acrobatics 4504. She is excited for this newest chapter in her life and career and looks forward to sharing her knowledge and love of dance to her students.
