NEW CLASSES FOR 2026 

  • Mini Movers Contemporary (2019 & 2020)

  • Acro 3 & 4 Extension and Extension Contortion

    • Designed for students enrolled in Wednesday classes, focusing on advanced tricks, flips for Acro and strength, and flexibility for contortion.

    • These are fun, skill-based classes to help students progress safely and maintain flexibility to reduce injuries.

  • Additional Hip Hop classes – now offering: Under 8s, Under 12s, and 13 & Over.

  • NEW Technique classes are split into Over 12s and 11 & Under for more focused training.

  • Extra Acro 2 class added due to demand.

  • Mini Mover Contemporary. (born 2019 and 2020).                               

Age Groups for Dance Classes.

Tiny Tots: Start from 2 years.

Mini Movers: 2019 & 2020

Sub Juniors: 2017 & 2018

Juniors: Born 2015 & 2016

Intermediate: Born 2013 & 2014

Seniors:  Born 2012, 2011 & 2010

Opens: 2009 and Over

Acrobatics classes run on ability not age.

Below are some of the benchmarks for each acro class.

Acro 1: Absolute beginner

Acro 2: Students can do Handstand Forward Rolls, Cartwheels and Handstands.

Acro 3: Students can do Forward and Backward walkovers.

Acro 4: Students can do back handsprings on a hard dance floor.

​

Hip Hop Classes

Beginners under 8's: Born 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017

Juniors under 12's: Born 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013

Seniors 13's and over: Born 2012 and Older
